Returning or exchanging any goods is at the discretion of Made of
Tomorrow and we must be notified within 7 days of receiving the goods
if you wish to do so. More info on our returns policy and how to file a

Yes! Pick-up is at our showroom which is based in Tauranga.
Order as usual and select pick-up at the checkout page.
You will be notified when your order is ready to be collected (usually in
1-2 business days). You will be sent an email with pick up address and
instructions, please note an appointment is to be made of day and time of pick-up to ensure we are at the showroom. -
In stock orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days.
New Zealand
Delivery will then take around 1-3 business days. Rural and South
Island addresses may take some extra time for delivery after dispatch.
International
Depends on the service you select, delivery may take from 2 -14 business days to arrive. -
All goods are packed carefully and securely to ensure they arrive to you safely.
If the item is faulty or the incorrect item/s were sent we will arrange a replacement to be delivered to you. We must be notified within 7 days of delivery. Please submit the information via our self-service returns page here.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Made of Tomorrow. -
If your order gets delivered to the incorrect address we must be notified within 7 days of delivery to be able to file a claim or get the item uplifted and delivered to the correct address. If the 7 days has passed since it was delivered we are unable to remedy this error.
(Please follow the journey of your order once you receive the tracking
information). -
Returning or exchanging any goods is at the discretion of Made of Tomorrow and we must be notified within 7 days of receiving the goods if you wish to do so.
The goods must be in original condition for a refund, if items have been opened we will issue a credit. There will be an 8% restocking fee on any returns or exchanges.
We do not accept returns on sale items, diaries if they have been custom monogrammed, any FOLD items that have been custom coloured or any made to order items.
Returns must be returned well packaged to avoid any damage during transit and be shipped on a tracked service. Make sure you keep your proof of postage until you receive confirmation from Made of Tomorrow. Do not apply any courier stickers directly onto the product's cardboard packaging. Returns are usually processed within 2-5 working days of us receiving your return.
